 Do you want to know how to swing a baseball or softball bat with power? There are a multitude of hitting drills and softball batting drills that help a hitter develop consistent contact & power. On a sidenote when swinging, your back foot turns with the heel facing up. This transfers weight into the ball, creating increased power, force and energy to the exit speed of the ball.
